Welcome to PokédlePlus, the ultimate daily trivia and puzzle platform inspired by the Pokémon universe! In this detailed guide, you will learn the rules, scoring mechanics, and best strategies to master each of our five distinct game modes designed to test your knowledge about the franchise.
In Classic Mode, your goal is to discover the mystery Pokémon of the day in the fewest attempts possible. Each time you enter a Pokémon name, the table will show clues based on the specific features of your guessed Pokémon:
In this fun game mode, you will be presented with a combination of emojis that represent the identity, appearance, type, or biology of a Pokémon. As you make guesses, clue cards (Habitat, Evolution, Biology, Unique Trait, and Types) will be unlocked progressively. Use your wits and franchise knowledge to guess who it is before running out of attempts.
Are you a Pokémon competitive expert and familiar with its attacks? In Moves Mode, technical information about a move (such as elemental type, damage class like physical/special/status, accuracy, or power) will be revealed as you make incorrect guesses. Find out which attack is the secret move of the day!
Every Pokémon has a unique cry that has identified it since the first game generations. In Cries Mode, you can play the audio of the mystery Pokémon. Listen carefully, select your options, and guess the corresponding Pokémon. This is an infinite game mode where you have a 3-life system to proceed.
Stats Mode is an interactive "Higher or Lower" style game. You will be shown two Pokémon and a specific stat to compare: Hit Points (HP), Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, Base Stat Totals, or Pokédex Number. You must guess which of the two has the higher value in that category to keep scoring and beat your high score.
To improve your scores and keep your daily streaks in PokédlePlus, we recommend starting your guesses with Pokémon that have average stats (like common Generation 1 or 3 types). Use weight and height arrows to quickly narrow down options, and pay close attention to each creature's dual-type combinations to deduce the secret Pokémon.
